What Swyft Filings Gets Right

Swyft Filings runs a clean, fast formation operation with a narrow menu and an order process that does not wander. Founders who want a Georgia LLC filed without being walked through six upsell screens have a legitimate reason to like it, and the registered agent service attached to that order does the statutory work it is supposed to do. Nothing in this comparison suggests otherwise.

The Billing Cadence Is the Whole Story

Both statements describe the same product. Only one of them is comparable to anything else you are looking at, because every other quote in this market is annual. Placed next to $99 or $125 or $199, a $149 figure reads as ordinary, even a touch premium. Multiplied by four, it becomes the largest number on any Georgia comparison page we maintain.

Our review found no distinct first-year discount on that cadence either, so the quarterly rhythm is not an introductory arrangement that later settles into something calmer. It is the arrangement.

The practical effect is a matter of attention rather than deception. Four charges of $149 landing across twelve months do not feel like one charge of $596. Card statements are read line by line, and a line item that size clears the mental threshold at which people stop and reconsider a subscription. That is precisely why annualizing is the first thing to do with any quarterly quote.

Converted, Then Compared

Ours is $99 a year, charged once, and the same $99 on renewal. One invoice per year is not a feature so much as an absence of complication: there is nothing to convert, nothing to multiply, and nothing that arrives three more times before the year is out.
